Globus Introduces 'Mein Globus' App, Expands Loyalty Programme

German retailer Globus has launched the 'Mein Globus' (My Globus) app in order to provide its customers with further values and offers.

With this measure, Globus is also expanding its customer loyalty programme.

“The app is designed as a steady shopping companion for our customers,” commented Daniel Richter, head of multichannel Germany at Globus. “It enables them to plan their purchasing in advance – for example, by creating a digital shopping list.”

Moreover, shoppers can keep track of prices as well as individual discounts, leaflet offers, and their current loyalty points.

In addition, the app can be used in the market as a digital customer card. Customers are able to collect points at the cash desk, redeem shopping vouchers, and enter into dialogue with Globus personnel.

The Mein Globus app is now available for free at the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
