Asda Adds Two New Members To Its Executive Board

UK retailer Asda has announced two new appointments to its executive board as well as a couple of internal promotions.

The retailer has named Anna-Maree Shaw its new chief customer officer, who is set to join the company by the end of this month.

She will succeed Andy Murray, who is heading back to the US after four years in the role.

Presently, Shaw is the managing director of her own company, Customer Dialogue, and is working in the University of Queensland in Australia.

She is developing a digital strategy and roadmap for the university as part of the customer experience programme.
