Packaging firm Verallia has announced the appointment of Nathalie Delbreuve as its new chief financial officer, effective 2 November 2020.
She will join the group executive committee and oversee the finance and IT teams.
Delbreuve is an experienced professional, who joined the Verallia Group in February 2020 as financial control director.
She began her career in 1996 with the audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands and then in Lyon.
Chairman and CEO of Verallia, Michel Giannuzzi, welcomed Delbreuve to the company and added, “Her good knowledge of the group, her financial expertise and her industrial experience will all contribute to Verallia's future success.”
In 2003 she joined the XPO Logistics, formerly known as Norbert Dentressangle Group, and was appointed a member of the transport division’s executive committee in 2005.
She joined the Plastic Omnium Group in 2010 as the director of the group consolidation and management control.
She was then named the chief financial officer of Europe for the company’s intelligent exterior systems division - a position she held for the last five years before joining Verallia.
Delbreuve is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds a master's degree in finance.
