Lidl Spain has announced plans to open a major new logistics platform in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).
As reported by cincodias.com, this is the company's fifth and the largest and most modern so far. It is expected to be completed in 2018.
The facility represents an investment of €70 million, and covers 45,000 square metres of storage.
It is capable of managing up to 21,000 pallets.
