Frostkrone Taps Into Latest Food Trends
Finger-food experts Frostkrone have been developing successful innovations for consumers for 20 years. On average, more than 20 finger-food products are made marketable by the company each year.
It takes a lot of effort, from first idea to market maturity, due to Frostkrone's high standards, which guarantee that all products meet consumers’ wishes and requirements.
It is enormously important for Frostkrone’s product developers to recognise current trends at an early stage and to shape them into compatible finger-food variants.
Frédéric Dervieux, Frostkrone’s CEO, explains, “Finger food is a clear trend for us, and it is constantly a question of expanding the variety of products according to customers’ wishes.”
Additionally, it is just as important that all products can be prepared quickly and easily, with the guarantee of successful cooking.
“From our point of view, high quality is indispensable," added Dervieux. "On the one hand, this applies to raw materials and manufacturing. On the other hand, the result must be convincing in terms of taste and appearance, when the end customer prepares the product at home.”
Mexican food is currently a strong trend, and so Frostkrone has developed a number of products with this in mind.
Nacho lovers can look forward to the Queso Nacho Triangle, which features fiery chillies wrapped in creamy cheese and covered in a crispy cornflake coating. The nachos are a highlight, whether at spontaneous meetings with friends or at a lunch break in the office.
The Tex-Mex Spicy Pepper Nachos are also a feast for the senses, filled with distinctively spicy cheddar and delicate processed cheese, and coated with crispy tortilla chips. Their unmistakable spicy character is given by the hot peppers and chillies.
Visitors can sample the high Frostkrone quality at the Anuga trade fair in Cologne this October. At Stand C030, in Hall 4.2, the company will present a wide selection of finger-food variations.
