Coop Switzerland has added nine new vegan ice cream variants to its own-brand ice cream assortment.
The new additions, available in cups, cones and popsicle formats, are part of the Coop Karma range.
The flavours are based on coconut and hazelnut, and cashew and banana, the company added.
The Range
The ice creams in the cup format include Gianduja Freeze Cappuccino and five other variants.
Gianduja Freeze Cappuccino combines chocolate coffee hazelnut-based ice cream and bitter coffee sauce to create a creamy texture and a nutty flavour.
All ice creams in this segment are available in 155 ml and 480 ml cups for CHF 2.80 and CHF 5.95 respectively.
The ice creams in cones are available in two flavours - mango and passion fruit or coconut and chocolate. Both variants are available in packs of six for CHF 8.95.
The popsicle is available in a coconut and raspberry flavour in packs of six priced at CHF 5.80.
