Orkla To Integrate Its Companies Hamé and Vitana

Norwegian food company Orkla has announced that it will integrate its companies - Hamé and Vitana - in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The integrated company will be known as Orkla Foods Česko a Slovensko. The CEO of Vitana, Pawel Szcześniak will lead the new organisation.

Competitive Organisation

“Vitana and Hamé are two successful companies, but together they will form an even more competitive organisation,” said Johan Wilhelmsson, executive vice-president and CEO of Orkla Foods International.

A new management team will also be appointed by 9 October.

The integration process of the two businesses has already commenced, and will be carried out gradually, function by function and process by process, the firms said.
