Radenska Completes Acquisition Of Studenac

Slovenian mineral water producer Radenska has completed the acquisition of Studenac from Croatian food company Podravka.

As a result of the transaction, the company now has a 100% stake in the mineral water producer.

The transaction also includes the transfer of all Podravka protected trademarks applied to the beverage products program.

Radenska and Podravka signed the purchase contract on 20 September, but didn't reveal the cost of the transaction. According to unofficial sources, the deal is worth €9 million.

The portfolio of the Slovenian company now includes natural mineral water Studenac, natural spring water Studena and the Lero syrups.
